Statement of Faith

What We Believe

   The Trinity

   We believe in one God, Maker of all things and being in Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

   Divine Love

   "His banner over us is love." (Song of Solomon 2:4)

   The Incarnation

   We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and is true God and true man.

   Scripture

   We believe the Bible, in its entirety, to be the inspired Word of God and the only infallible rule of faith and conduct.

   Salvation & Afterlife

   We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of the saved and the eternal punishment of the lost.

   Redemption

   We believe that personal salvation from sin is received through grace and faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ.

   Divine Healing

   We believe that Divine healing is included in the Atonement.

   Holy Spirit Baptism

   We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, accompanied by speaking with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance, as the initial physical sign and evidence (Acts 2:4). We also believe in the operation of the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12.

   Christ's Return

   We believe in the imminent, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

    Evangelism

    We believe in intensive world-evangelism and missionary work in accordance with the Great Commission, with signs and wonders following (Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:15-20).

Prospective chapter members must acknowledge this statement of faith.
